Premium Small Batch Kimchi

KBOP Kimchi is made in small batches. We make it fresh each week so it's never sitting on shelves for weeks or months before you try it. If it doesn't say "Sold Out" at the bottom of this page, that means we have a fresh batch ready to deliver!

Because it's made fresh, KBOP Kimchi has less fermentation than traditional kimchi you buy at the store. It has a much fresher, cooler, crispier taste than regular kimchi.

There are no preservatives, and it's hand-made by our KBOP chefs using only the highest quality fresh ingredients. The taste is not too spicy, not too salty, not too sweet. It's the perfect kimchi taste and pairs well with all your favorite dishes.

Size

Size of one bag: 3kg

You can choose to order 2 bags for $5 off or 3 bags for $10 off your order.

Kimchi doesn't go bad. If you prefer the sour, tangier taste of more fermented kimchi, you can leave it out at room temperature for a day or two to increase the fermentation. If your fridge is not a special kimchi fridge, it will also continue to ferment slowly in your fridge as time goes by.

Delivery

This is a one-time order, not a subscription.

You can order KBOP Kimchi individually or add it your weekly meal kit subscription.

If you're ordering KBOP Kimchi individually, or with your first meal kit purchase, set your address during check out. We'll deliver it straight from our kitchen to your doorstep.

We deliver every week on Mondays.

Edmonton is delivery only, with no pickup.

Choose your order type:

Add-on to my meal kit subscription — for meal kit subscribers. No delivery fee: your kimchi comes with your next Monday meal kit delivery. It's a one-time add-on — kimchi is added to that one delivery only, not every week.

Kimchi only — not subscribed? Kimchi is delivered on Monday with a delivery fee. Ordering a meal kit in the same order? Delivery is charged only once.

주문 방식 선택: 밀키트 구독 중이시면 Add-on to my meal kit subscription을 고르세요. 배송비 없이 다음 월요일 밀키트와 함께 배송해 드립니다. 한 번만 추가되는 주문이라 매주 자동으로 들어가지 않습니다. 구독 중이 아니시면 Kimchi only(배송비 $8)를 고르시면 됩니다. 밀키트와 같은 주문에 담으시면 배송비는 한 번만 붙습니다.
