When do you deliver?
Deliveries to Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and some special areas are made on Wednesday mornings/afternoons. Everywhere else in the Lower Mainland, we deliver it between 5pm and 10pm on Tuesday evenings.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
If nobody will be home to receive your order, you will need to give us instruction on where to leave your KBOP. Your order will be kept in an insulated bag. Depending on the temperature, it is good for 4 to 6 hours inside the bag.

How many meals are included?
Every week, we deliver you six meal kits. Menu changes weekly.

Can meals really be cooked in 10 minutes?
Yes, everything is already cleaned, chopped, diced, and packaged ready to cook and serve.

Do you only serve Korean food?
While most of our meal kits are Korean dishes, we also occasionally offer KBOP versions of favorite western foods like KBOP spaghetti, salads, and pizza.

I'm not good with spicy foods. Can I adjust the spiciness level?
Spicy foods are a huge part of Korean spices and marinades. KBOP dishes with spicy marinades are never made very spicy and is very tolerable even for people who cannot handle very spicy foods. Also, the spicy marinades are usually packed separately so you can adjust how much you put into it when cooking.

How many servings does it have?
KBOP portions are BIG and comes in two different sizes. The Original is the perfect size for 1 to 3 people. If you're ordering KBOP for yourself, you'll probably have leftovers! But that's not a bad thing. Just reheat and enjoy! The Double comes with 2x the serving size and is perfect for 4 to 6 people.

When will I be charged?
All subscriptions are charged every Friday. We charge on Friday for the next week's delivery so that we know how many deliveries we will need to fulfil for the week.

Can I cancel or pause my order?
YES! You can cancel or pause your orders at any time, no problem. There are no fees to pause or cancel your orders. When you order, you'll be able to log into your dashboard and you can pause, cancel, or set your delivery schedule.

Can I order just once?
Yes, once you sign up, you can log into your member dashboard to adjust your delivery schedules. You can pause, cancel, or skip specific weeks. Some customers order once, and pause their accounts if they only want to order once. When you want to order again, you can unpause your account before Friday at 4pm which is when subscriptions get charged for delivery for the following week.
