KBOP Fresh Kimchi

KBOP Fresh Kimchi was originally introduced in our Weekly Meal Kit and it's now become one of our most requested items. After much demand, we're making KBOP Kimchi available for purchase individually or as an add-on to our meal kits.

Hand-made in small batches

KBOP Kimchi is made in small batches. We make it fresh each week so it's never sitting on shelves for weeks or months before you try it. If it doesn't say "Sold Out" at the bottom of this page, that means we have a fresh batch ready to deliver!

Because it's made fresh, KBOP Kimchi has less fermentation than traditional kimchi you buy at the store. It has a much fresher, cooler, crispier taste than regular kimchi.

There is no MSG, no preservatives, and it's hand-made by our KBOP chefs using only the highest quality fresh ingredients. The taste is not too spicy, not too salty, not too sweet. It's the perfect kimchi taste and pairs well with all your favorite dishes.

Size

Size of one bag: 3kg

You can choose to order 2 bags for $5 off or 3 bags for $10 off your order.

Kimchi doesn't go bad. If you prefer the sour, tangier taste of more fermented kimchi, you can leave it out at room temperature for a day or two to increase the fermentation. If your fridge is not a special kimchi fridge, it will also continue to ferment slowly in your fridge as time goes by.

Delivery

This is a one-time order, not a subscription.

You can order KBOP Kimchi individually or add it your weekly meal kit subscription.

If you're adding it onto a meal kit subscription, choose "Pick Up" so that you're not double charged for delivery. We'll add it onto your delivery.

If you're ordering KBOP Kimchi individually, or with your first meal kit purchase, set your address during check out. We'll deliver it straight from our kitchen to your doorstep.

We deliver every week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

• Tuesday late afternoon/evening: Vancouver (excluding Downtown), Burnaby (excluding North Burnaby), Coquitlam (North Road area)
• Wednesday morning/early afternoon: Downtown Vancouver, North Burnaby, Coquitlam (Coquitlam Center area), Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Langley, North Vancouver, West Vancouver.

Pickup

You can choose to pick up from our kitchen on Tuesdays between 2pm to 5pm.
